A state-wide patient satisfaction study and Mid-Term Evaluation under the World Bank Assisted Rajasthan Health System Development Project. Findings were used to guide system-level improvement planning across the state.
Study Design
Patient satisfaction study methodology designed for statewide coverage across all districts of Rajasthan. Data collection instruments prepared.
Field Survey
Patient satisfaction surveys conducted across all districts. Data collected from District Hospitals, Sub-District Hospitals, and Primary Health Centres.
Mid-Term Evaluation
Mid-Term Evaluation report prepared and submitted to World Bank and Rajasthan Government.

Yes. NABH and JCI compliance is built into our design and planning process. We have handled accreditation for 17 projects. If you are preparing an existing facility for NABH, we can assist with gap analysis and documentation.
Yes. Several of our completed projects involved converting existing buildings. These include a hotel converted to a hospital in Nashik, an engineering college converted to a medical college in Durgapur, and a commercial complex converted to a hospital in Thane.
Yes. We have completed projects in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and other states. Dr. Kothari has been the appointed Hospital Planner for the Government of Madhya Pradesh since 2016.
