How We Supported This Project
An international advisory engagement for the Health Authority Abu Dhabi. Hospital service costs were evaluated against the USA Medical Insurance DRG framework and recalibrated for the UAE setting.
Scope Agreement
Evaluation scope agreed with Health Authority Abu Dhabi. Services to be costed identified. DRG methodology from USA Medical Insurance system used as reference.

Hospital service cost data collected and analysed. Cost per service calculated using DRG-based methodology.

Yes. Several of our completed projects involved converting existing buildings. These include a hotel converted to a hospital in Nashik, an engineering college converted to a medical college in Durgapur, and a commercial complex converted to a hospital in Thane.
