Engaged by KPMG for Niti Aayog-driven evaluation of BHEL hospital infrastructure at 5 locations. Scope included evaluation of existing buildings and preparation of Concept Model for Medical College with Superspeciality Hospital under PPP Mode.
How We Supported This Project
A multi-site PPP evaluation engagement for KPMG under the Niti Aayog framework. Existing BHEL hospital infrastructure was surveyed across five locations and a Concept Model for Medical College with Superspeciality Hospital was prepared for each.
Building Evaluation
Existing BHEL hospital buildings surveyed and evaluated at Noida, Haridwar, Hyderabad, Trichy, and Bhopal. Structural and functional suitability assessed for conversion to Medical College and Superspeciality Hospital.
Concept Model
Concept Model prepared for Medical College with Superspeciality Hospital at each location under Niti Aayog PPP framework.
KPMG Submission
All evaluation reports and Concept Models submitted to KPMG for onward submission to Niti Aayog.

Yes. Several of our completed projects involved converting existing buildings. These include a hotel converted to a hospital in Nashik, an engineering college converted to a medical college in Durgapur, and a commercial complex converted to a hospital in Thane.
