The Project
120-bed superspeciality cancer hospital on an 18,000 sq ft narrow triangular plot. Total built-up area 100,000 sq ft. Mumbai.

How We Supported This Project
The project involved designing a full-scale superspeciality cancer hospital on a site with a narrow triangular footprint. Standard hospital layouts do not work on irregular plots. The design required vertical stacking of departments with careful attention to patient and service flow on each floor.
Site Analysis
Site constraints documented and reflected in the Architectural Brief. Triangular footprint and 18,000 sq ft coverage area informed the department stacking strategy.
Concept Design
120-bed cancer hospital designed across multiple floors. Oncology, radiation, surgical, and diagnostic departments planned for vertical adjacency.
Design Validation
Final design validated against NABH requirements and engineering clearances.
Results
- 120-bed superspeciality cancer hospital design completed
- 100,000 sq ft on an 18,000 sq ft narrow triangular plot
- NABH-compliant design within constrained site
