First Pilot Project of the Government of India for Mother and Child Care. Model MCH design at MGIMS, Sevagram, Wardha. Also linked to HCG Apex Cancer Hospital, Mumbai and Indiana Hospital, Mangalore.
How We Supported This Project
The first Government of India Pilot Project for the Mother and Child Hospital model. Designed as Special Invitee on a sloping terrain at MGIMS Sevagram, the approved design was subsequently adopted for national rollout.
GOI Brief
Design brief received as Special Invitee from Govt. of India for MCH wing. Model MCH centre design requirements agreed with MOHFW.
Model Design
First Pilot MCH design developed for MGIMS Sevagram on a sloping terrain. Design adapted to site topography while meeting GOI Model MCH standards.
GOI Approval
Design submitted and approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as the model MCH design for national rollout.

Yes. NABH and JCI compliance is built into our design and planning process. We have handled accreditation for 17 projects. If you are preparing an existing facility for NABH, we can assist with gap analysis and documentation.
Yes. Several of our completed projects involved converting existing buildings. These include a hotel converted to a hospital in Nashik, an engineering college converted to a medical college in Durgapur, and a commercial complex converted to a hospital in Thane.
Yes. We have completed projects in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and other states. Dr. Kothari has been the appointed Hospital Planner for the Government of Madhya Pradesh since 2016.
